What was the one thing (or things!) that made you fall for the Geordie duo?!

For me, it was watching Dec in the Rhumble video.

(Don't know why?!?!? I must have seen some potential under the awful clothes and awful hair!)

SMTV? I thought you'd been a fan since the PJ and Duncan days?

SMTV clearly created a huge fan base!!!

Cool Bec- good to see Ant and Dec love spreading across the globe! Would you ever go and see them at IAC since it's filmed near you?

OMG, I was OBSESSED- it was quite ridiculous.

Thank God, they presented at the same time though cos I would have got bored of them (in life, I generally get bored easily). They're so versatile with what they do that my interest in them has been kept alive all these years.

Confused You wouldn't be stalking them, you'd be going to see them- me and other fans have gone to see them in their place of work. Or even waiting outside their hotel, there is honestly nothing wrong with that. They'd appreciate it a lot, trust me.
It's only scary if you go to their houses in London... Shocked that's stalking.

Well. I actually lived in England for a while when i was younger, I remember my Mum was very disaproving of SMTV (as she is with most anarchic, funny shows) and forbid me from watching it, but my Dad LOVED it Laughing Laughing And he used to let me watch it without my mum knowing! I remember him saying, "this is genuis!" Laughing I loved it SO much, but as i was young, it wasnt really coz of the boys.

Then I was allowed watch Pop Idol ( Rolling Eyes ) and thought "man these two are good...Im starting to love them..."

The rest fell into place, somehow followed them where ever they went, not sure when i actually fell in love with them, It just happened, and i have loved them more and more ever since

Better add the fact that my Mum now loves A&D just as much as i do, and she is very sorry for not letting me watch SMTV, I often remind her, so she has to grovel "Theres a new SMTV video on You tube! one of the many i HAVN'T SEEN Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad "

I became a fan watching them on Byker. Wasn't a big fan of them until the love triangle thing really took off in about 93 and i remember calling Dec every name under the sun for going behind his mates back (yes i know it's only a tv programme...lol). Still thought Dec was yummy with his curtains (Floppy fringe). Remember getting a bit chocked up when Ant had his 'moments' when he was blind and when he left!!!!!! I was only 14 at the time

Then the music started and i bought all the singles and albums and going to the shows and then onto the presenting...making sure i was home in plenty of time to watch Ant & Dec Show....and the rest (as they say) is history

I got up on a saturday morning, turned on my TV and saw these 2 goons dressed up doing a sketch, I didn't understand their voices and thought they were brother's I looked at the little chubby one and said "I like him" then that was it I constantly watched them, everything they did and just became obsessed with in a month.
