i dont think it will go out of buisness they are making the changes to keep itv stable i think the controller at itv said they would still keep the budget for their prime time shows so i think x factor dancing on ice SNT and BGT are safe

not sure about I'm a celeb as that must be very expensive to make but maybe they will get Ant and Dec to do more shows to keep the ratings and advertizing revenue up
