The best part was I was the very last person to get in!
I'd started queuing at about 2.30pm, then at about 4.30pm the audience team came out and gave out wristbands with numbers on them to the people in the queue. This meant we could go away and come back at 6pm just before the doors opened. So I went for some food, and came back at 6.
After all the normal and production, and stand-by production (!) ticket holders had gone in, they took us stand-by people and split the line in half. There was about 100 of us I think. They then announced not every one would get in- "if your wristband number is after 162, you're unsuccessful". My wristband number was 161!!!! I just got in by the skin of my teeth, couldn't belieeeeeeeve it! I got led into the studio in a complete daze.
I had a great time- the Take That performance was filmed at 7pm before the show went out (so that wasn't really live)- and my seat was second from the top, three seats from the aisle, so when Dec came out during the opening titles to go down the stairs, I was able to shake his hand Later on I got moved into Lisa Middleton's (from Imitation Street!) seat so I was then 5 rows from the front!
The studio looks so small in real life...!

Damn, the audience are common as f*ck...
He was shaking loads of hands when waiting to start filming, he did that slight "eyebrow raise" when he shook my hand and I caught his eye, but no fireworks!

i was talking about the takeaway audience to my mum earlier, they seem to be crazy compared to other audiences
i remember a quote from Simon Amstell "She gets the party started on a saturday night, much like Ant & Dec but she manages it without a coach load of elderly whooping morons, Its Pink!"
No idea where they get some from!

Hmmm... *peers at Chaz over her horn-rimmed designer glasses*
You don't seem chavvy to me...!
The most important thing to me about meeting you is knowing you're an Ant and Dec fan, you're not there JUST to be on the telly, or JUST to see a show for free which is what those people were today. I guess I'm using the "chav" word incorrectly...

Oh, we'd have such a laugh!
On a random note- in the area where the audience queue, they have hand-prints of TV stars on the walls inc Ant and Dec's hand prints. I put my hand against Dec's print and my hand is slightly BIGGER than his!!!
So embarrassing! *looks down at her MONSTER hands and shakes head in shame*
