What a long day!

We got to asda at about 9:15 as soon as I walked in I was asked "Ant and Dec?" I screamed YES!

We went down to the entertainment section, it was a shambles, some guys waited from 2am! Some had posters and went to the front, so we got our tickets around 147 and got pish a ticket to sneak her in at 11:40.

The guy on the Microphone said the lads will sign 700 books! funny enough he was quoted on a site saying they had only 500 books for sale.

After about 2 hours I went out, had a look round the back and noticed the Exit was pretty much clear, when peesh came we left and went back into our place in the qeue, sadly ant and dec went inside that exit 2 mins after we went in!

Took a while to get round to us, when I got to the front row I tried to get ants attention and did a wave, and he just moved his arm in a failed attempt to wave, he seemed quite moody, you can tell when he has a fake smile.

It got to our turn, I went towards dec and he looked up and smiled, so I gave him the most excited and shocked face EVER! so he was like Shocked

He went to sign my book and as I started gibbering on I grabbed his hand and he grabbed my hand back and smiled with his pretty twinkly eyes, I told him he's amazing etc etc and mentioned he's my little boys name sake and he was like Woah! I then begged for a pic (we was told no pics!) so I barged through this huge guy and peesh took our photo and I was getting told off at the time so I forgot to smile!
I then got shuved my book from ant with no eye contact or words so I thought feck it and walked off Laughing

We was also interviewed by a radio station, they asked "What makes you a superfan?!" we was like erm Rolling Eyes

So I gave em the whole I named my boy after dec but people would of took the mick so I called him decs middle names and declan as another middle, they guy looked at me like Shocked

so I said "yeah its sad but you did ask!" he then said do you travel alot to meet them so I said " Nahhhh ! " lol!

I cant get over decs lovely smile and eyes, for some reason it didnt feel like talking to a stranger, if he didnt care about fans he puts on a bloody good act!

So we waited at the back of asda to meet again..

The pulled the car up so it was across the door, no chance of barely seeing them, we were told to cross the road, ant came out and stormed into the car and just shouted HI! dec came out arms up in the air taking in the love, dec put his window down to wave funny enough everyone was at the other side of the car Laughing

What a good meet! and I got good pics too! But ant has gone down in my estimations! wonder if the saying "never meet your hero's" comes to mind Confused

Aww sounds great Chaz! So glad you finally got a proper meeting with them.

I wouldnt let this experience put you off Ant though, im not sticking up for him exactly (as i fully agree as people had queued hours to see him he should of been on top form) But he's always been a bit like that, even at smtv he never stayed out long and we spent alot more time with Dec, but he eases up, he might have been a bit taken aback by the last signings and all the promo work, he's probably jiggered! And with Dec being the over enthusiastic leprachaun he is made it all the more noticable!

Haha! at the radio interview! I don't think he was expecting that! I never knew your lil las was named after Dec though! So is his name Joseph Declan?

Joseph was going to be Declan but people began rasing eyebrows so I did

Joseph (middle names, Oliver Declan Richard nathan) lol! both my kids have a few middle names =p Phoe has 3 middle names, its a bitch when you ring the child tax office and giving full names!

If ant wasnt abit off I wanted to wish him a good bday for next month, maybe next time he might be better, maybe it was the pressure of having to do 700 books and he just wanted to get on with it.

Awww yeah, you should have might have made him feel better, I'd probably be the same as the 4th signing of signing books would get a bit boring and wrists would hurt lol. They do it for their lovely fans! Very Happy
