Tell us which celebrities you have met, except from Ant & Dec (See the other thread) and any funny stories
I managed to Met Mark Owen in 2005 outside his concert, he's so sweet. Met all of Boyzone earlier this year, met loads of people that are not around anymore from Mizz roadshows etc, loadsa footballers too but mostly scottish footballers
Thats about it really
Not Very Interesting...LOL

Meet all of Boyzone loads of times, loads of people from roadshows, Billy Connolly, Eric Idle, Steve Buscemi, Ewan McGregor, Leo Sayer, Will Mellor, um...there are more but I can't think of them

Can believe i missed out Timmy Mallett!!! he stayed at our hotel and what a nice bloke, shows you that on the tele it's just an act as he is so quiet and a really nice bloke to talk too, he called us by our first names everytime he came to reception and me and a workmate got a bit starstruck by telling him we used to watch him on wackaday. Great Bloke
A few other celebs has stayed at our hotel James Blunt, Little Chris, Ian Brown, a few people from Hollyoaks & Eastenders

The only celebs I can remember meeting in detail are Ant and Dec! :-p
All over celebs just dissolve into the background...
Most of the celebs I've met are not even famous anymore (e.g. Steps, S Club 7, Jack Ryder, some EastEnders cast members, 5ive), Denise Van Outen, Johnny Vaughan, Billie Piper...
I've *seen* LOADS of huge celebs though- Angelina Jolie, Will Smith, the cast of Star Wars, the cast of Harry Potter (another love of mine- I have Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson's autographs!  ), Kate Winslet, Nicole Kidman, Jamie Bell, Alan Rickman (met him), Sir Bob Geldof, Leona Lewis, Russell Brand, Sting, Jonathan Ross, Baddiel and Skinner, Jimmy Carr, Graham Norton, Gok Wan, Andrew Lloyd Webber to name a few.
This comes from working in West End theatres (one was opposite the Ivy restaurant!)- the one I work in now is right next to Leicester Square where the movie premieres are.
I don't care for them if I'm honest (if anything, they annoy me cos the crowds get in the way when I'm trying to get to work!). And Ant and Dec are the ONLY celebs that make my heart skip a beat.
I didn't get to go to the Alien Autopsy premiere though  It was their film, I SHOULD have been there to support them! Stupid work...

Wow thats still ace pisha! didnt you get to the premier at all like in the crowd? I love the harry potter cast  I just got daniels autograph on my DVD's but were still trying for Emma's

Ooh good luck!
I didn't even get to be in the crowd- I had to start a new job that evening. My new job was only a five minute walk away from the premiere too  I asked my boyfriend at the time to go along on my behalf- he managed to get a couple of huge AA poster stickers for me which was nice!

I remember them! The people in the cinema wouldnt let me have em lol!
my claim to fame was going round london Id notice there was a red carpet down, found out the stars had just gone in, turns out it was the orange baftas or something.

me and my pal tried to acquire some of these too but too many people watching...i did manage to get a poster advertiseing malibu from the take that gig in 2006 at the MEN Arena...lol

I havent really met anyone famous before but i have seen Edith Bowman,Dermot O'leary Sara Cox Donna Air and Sanjay from Eastenders fairly close up at Reading festival
and a few z list celebs at a charity footy match about 12 years ago

i met Pierce Brosnan in a small pub in Ireland, he was filming down there and we had took my grandma out for a drink and suddenly my dad went "i hear pierce brosnan is a really nice guy"
then this bloke turns around and its him! so he chatted to us for a while!
Brian May is the only other one that i remember, i think i stopped breathing

Mu mum has met Hugh Grant! She used to work for Aer Lingus, she ws like, "the face"
she says he's really sweet, chrming and giggly, and he was there with Liz Hurley, she has his autograph somewhere......
