Just thought I would share the little poem I wrote this morning about the lads and their career. Not sure about all of the info but I think most of it is right.

Ant and Dec

They’ve been together for 20 years and what a lovely pair.
The presenting duo of Ant and Dec my tale I’d like to share.

They first met up on Byker Grove a children’s programme for the BBC.
Where they didn’t get on straightaway it actually took a while you see.

Soon too old for Byker Grove they had to start pastures new.
So a pop career they did indulge where their fan base grew and grew.

The Ant and Dec show then came about with the Beat the Barber spot.
Which unfortunately got them in to trouble with parents quite a lot.

Then came Ant and Dec unzipped a show that took them to Channel 4.
Their pop career all but over as they really wanted more.

An idea for a children’s programme, which took them to ITV.
To present every Saturday morning SMTV: Live with Cat Deeley.

Saturday mornings were now theirs and they had cracked children’s tv.
Which seemed to bring them many offers one of which was from the BBC

To present a show all about friendship simply called Friends Like These.
A competition between boys and girls to win a holiday oh yes please.

But the lads they wanted more so they decided to leave SMTV.
They got offered a show called Pop Idol for you if a pop star you wanted to be.

Next up came Poker Face where contestants took a gamble you see.
Could they really bluff their way through and win thousands from ITV.

Saturday Night Takeaway came next, fun and frolics with the lads..
Where one very lucky contestant could win prizes from one of the ads.

To the jungle they did travel for I’m a Celebrity, Get me out of Here.
Where celebrities got to eat bugs and do challenges they would fear.

Britain’s got Talent then came along to find an act fit for the queen.
3 judges you have to impress with an act unique and unseen.

So I’ve quickly ran through their 20 years to give you an insight of Ant and Dec.
But this really isn’t the end just keep an eye out for what they’ll do next.

Didn't want to post it in fanfiction as it's not really a story. Hope that is ok, if not please move it in there.

I think this should be on the official site, Jeannie, it summarises their careers brilliantly.
