Dec is a babe and LUSH and is fitter than ANY guy in Hollywood films..he is WELL hotter even than Zac Efron and i PROPER fancy Zac. 
i like that pic of Dec on the top of da page wiv the red ribbon round his neck..well BUFF.

u dont fancy Zac as much as I do - he is just hot even hotter than joe in yr 8 who is like so fit you wuldnt beeleeve my friend kel says she snogged him but I dont reckon she did coz she lies about everyfing. dunno who i wuld choose if it woz between dec and zac maybe we culd have a 3some

If he's standing up next to the girl in the photo, maybe he's the same height as Dec? Perhaps it's the fact he's a shortie makes people remark on how Dec-like he is?
